Uvas com brigadeiro branco cobertos com chocolate no palito

Ameii esta receita que vi em outro tutorial quando andava a fazer pesquisas para novas receitas, e vou fazer no próximo aniversário da Carol

Ingredientes

20 uvas Itália

1 lata de Leite MOÇA® Tradicional

1 colher (sopa) de manteiga

1 tablete de NESTLÉ CLASSIC® ao Leite

1 tablete de NESTLÉ CLASSIC® Meio Amargo

manteiga para untar

Modo de Preparo

Lave, escorra e enxugue bem as uvas. Reserve. Em uma panela, misture bem o LEITE MOÇA® com a manteiga. Leve ao fogo baixo, mexendo sempre, até desprender do fundo da panela (cerca de 10 minutos). Retire do fogo, despeje em um prato untado com manteiga e deixe esfriar. Abra pequenas porções do brigadeiro branco na mão. Coloque no centro uma uva. Feche as bordas e enrole como docinho. Modele o restante, coloque em espetos de churrasco e acomode-os em um prato untado com manteiga. Derreta o Chocolate em banho-maria. Banhe os espetos com o Chocolate derretido e escorra o excesso. Espere o Chocolate secar e sirva.
